2. Online Ordering and Products

However, due to the artisanal nature of our baked goods, slight variations in appearance, size, or color may occur. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
- Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
- Pricing: All prices displayed on our online platform are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be added to your order total at checkout.
- Bespoke Cakes: Orders for bespoke cakes require specific consultation and agreement on design, ingredients, and delivery. A separate agreement or confirmation may be provided for such specialized orders.
3. Order Confirmation and Payment
- Order Confirmation: Upon successful placement of an order and completion of payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email serves as proof of your order.
- Payment: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform. All payments must be received in full before an order is confirmed and prepared.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within a specific timeframe, usually 24-48 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery time, depending on the product type. Bespoke cake orders may have a different cancellation policy. Please contact us directly to inquire about cancellations.
- Refunds: Refunds for canceled orders are at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees or based on the stage of preparation if ingredients have already been sourced. Full refunds are typically provided for cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe.
5. Delivery and Collection
- Delivery: We offer delivery services for our products within designated areas. Delivery fees and available slots will be specified during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
- Collection: Orders can also be collected from our physical location during our operating hours. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation for collection.
- Damages During Transit: While we take utmost care in packaging our products, we are not responsible for damages that may occur during external delivery services once the product has left our premises.
